The Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) reminds the public that operating a money transfer business requires a valid money transfer license. According to Section 6(2) of the Money Changing and Remittance Business Act, Chapter 174, conducting such business without a license is an offense punishable by law.
