Nearly half (49.2%) were also concerned about unemployment and economic downturn. The survey highlighted broader regional anxieties regarding recessionary pressures, military tensions, and the effectiveness of ASEAN. China emerged as the most influential power, while Japan was deemed the most trustworthy major power.
