received my offer letter last week and few of my friends only received theirs this week, but one of them hasn’t received hers and she’s planning to email them

I think better you approach them in person. My case was different, when I applied a few years ago my OASYS status was accepted but I never got my letter. So I went to admission counter to ask and they gave me my letter IIRC almost immediately or maybe the next day.
