No idea how exactly but chances are you are gonna need the help of a used car sales company with importing it as a reconditioned vehicle. Needless to say the fees involved would be extra. Or you drive it as a foreign vehicle with foreign plate and all the complications involved with driving a foreign vehicle on Brunei road.

buy from KK more cheaper, everything they take care for you.
No restriction anyway, a friend bought triumph and another bought harley from KK last year.
But of course the registration is malaysian
